The service
Labmorf provides file and data utilities without registration. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Your files and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping original copies and checking every output before relying on it. Do not use Labmorf with content you are not legally entitled to process, or for unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, or access non-public parts of the service. Automated bulk use, scraping, and use that materially degrades availability for others are prohibited unless Labmorf gives prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labmorf is not liable for lost or corrupted files, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
Labmorf may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be identified by a new update date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
