When a PDF beats loose HEIC files
HEIC is efficient on an iPhone but awkward to share with people on Windows, older Android, or upload forms that reject Apple’s camera format. A PDF bundles several stills in order without asking the recipient to install a HEIC decoder.
This tool places each decoded photo on its own page. It does not OCR text, resize to A4, or embed Live Photo video. Keep the original HEIC files if you still need full-resolution editing or motion later.

Does the PDF keep Live Photo motion?
No. Only the still frame from each HEIC is exported to the PDF.
Why is the first conversion slower?
Browsers do not decode HEIC natively. Labmorf loads the HEIC decoder the first time you convert, then reuses it for the rest of the batch.
